How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information on mail

How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information— please allow 48 hours for processing. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, most domestic orders take 3 to 8 days to arrive.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 2 business days. !

 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all lost-in-mail claims must be submitted to krishnakotgire5640@gmail.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
